It never fails to happen. A young couple embarks on their life's mission to have a family and before you know it they are forced to deal with the small space challenge; they have started to run out of room and now they have to leave their precious downtown Toronto loft and start looking through the Mississauga listings in search of a spacious Mississauga home.

When it comes to how our kids are influenced with regard to choice of career and hobbies, it is almost our parents who are the influencers of these two variables. Some times they even pass on their tastes as to whether or not we will choose to purchase one of those classy Richmond Hill condos.

The connect process between parents and kids certainly plays a part on how much of an influence is passed on from parent to child. In the case of parents living in a Yonge Eglinton condo, chances are that these parents will have more of an influence on their children because of being able to spend more time with them. This sadly however, is not so for parents and kids living in China.

For parents in China, so much time is spent away from home working hard at low paying jobs so that they can have enough money to send back to their homes to help raise their kids.

Here in North America, we have free reign when it comes to choosing the appropriate location for our home so that we can have enough time to spend with our kids. We could for example choose to purchase some Oshawa real estate so that we could raise our kids in a safe community or maybe we could do so in Markham. This is not so in the case of Chinese parents.

Parents in China are heavily restricted and greatly pressured by their government when it comes to their families. They are only allowed to have one child, they prefer the male over the female because they believe that the male can better provide for their family, and in so many cases they are forced to give up their precious daughters.

This is why so many families living in Liberty Village condos are following the lead to adopt baby girls from China. This trend is growing in North America and is only going to continue on for the foreseeable future.
